The service
We provide an estimate of how good the sunset and the sunrise will be, based on weather data. It is a forecast, not a guarantee. We are not responsible for decisions made on this information alone.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for the information you store in it. Your saved data is kept even if a subscription ends.
A free account sees the sky quality for the next two days during its first week; after that it shows today's, and the account stays active. It is not a trial of a paid plan: we do not ask for a card and nothing is charged.
Subscriptions
Plus and Pro are not on sale yet: nothing is charged on this site today. What follows will apply once they are. Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel before then. Billing, taxes and receipts are handled by our payment provider, which acts as the seller. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you paid for. How to cancel and how to ask for a refund is explained in refunds and cancellations.
Community content
When you upload a photo, you confirm that it is yours and give us permission to show it on the site. We may remove content that breaks the rules. You can ask us to remove your content at any time.
Intellectual property
The site's content, except community content, belongs to us. It may not be copied without permission.
Your rights as a consumer
Nothing in these terms limits the rights the law of your country gives you.
